Description
Description from the scrapbook: Mormon labor was much sought after by railroads in their race to see who could build across and control The Great Basin traffic. Here a Mormon surveying team runs into difficulty at the head of the Bear River.
A group of nine men are climbing up the side of a mountain. Equipment is being passed up between the men toward the top of the peak. The negative was owned by Thiokol Chemical Corporation Wasatch division, number 43914-2.
