Description
Discussion of her experiences growing up on Brigham City's Main Street, family stories about her grandfather Ole Poulsen. The oldest of 12 children, Letty told of housekeeping tasks, her employment with Dr. Pearse of Brigham City, doing domestic work for local women and working at the Golden Rule Store (later Van Engelen's). Interview includes Letty's memory of early Main Street businesses, including the Academy of Music and Dance, the Opera House, Superior Cleaners, Horsley's Store and Compton's Photography. Includes personal and family history.
