Description
Bruce Leonard was hired by Brigham City Corporation in 1981 to oversee and coordinate engineering projects throughout the City Departments. His next position was Director of Public Works where he was also responsible for the Airport. Under his current title of City Administrator he oversees Emergency Services, Public Services, Public Utilities, Leisure Services, Library, Senior Center, Museum, Human Resources and the Police Department. Discussion includes teh City's "Paid for Performance" program in which workers are rewarded for excellent services; current and projects improvements; and the contributions of each mayor Leonard has worked with.
