Letter from (?) Wanamaker, the Postmaster General in Washington, D.C., to the postmaster of the Geneva (Mantua) post office, thanking him for his service during President Harrison's administration. Presumably sent to Neils P. Jeppesen, though his name does not appear on the the letter.
