Description
Jacob Bodily, a Brigham City native, joined the Army Reserves Sept. 25, 2002 and is still in it. He served in Iraq for a year. There he first did mechanical work on military vehicles and later ran Convoy Securities based out of Mosul in northern Iraq. Each night 3rd-country nationals brought in supplies and Jacob's unit supplied guns and escort service to the trucks delivering commodities to various military bases. His outfit also made needed repairs on vehicles in the convoy.
