Description
This is a photograph of William Lampard Watkins and is in a frame. The frame is a gold color and is probably gold-leafed or could possibly could be gold paint. The elaborate plastered design consists of a floral pattern on the outside, a raised section which has a log and leaf pattern, and then there is a strip of deep red velvet on the inside edge.Copyright Status:Public Domain
