Description
Ula Cobb was five years old when she came with her family from Denmark to the United States. She describes her ocean voyage, seeing the Statue of Liberty and stopping for shots at Ellis Island. They came by train from New York to Brigham City. She remembers when the trees were planted on Brigham's Main Street and when a good portion of ground in town was planted in fruit orchards. She lived in homes with no plumbing or electricity and was married before getting a car. Discussion includes changes to the community from her childhood years to her present age of 101.
