Description
Mickey Nelson ran a music store on Brigham City\'s Main Street in the 1960s and 70s. After selling the business, she ran the student council store at Intermountain Indian School. She bought merchandise for the store and arranged displays. She sold Indian arts and crafts, such as rugs and pottery. She made a good profit, which the student council used to buy things for the Indian students before they left the school at its closure in 1984. Discussion covers Mickey\'s love of the Indian students and their families, her ability to select salable items and her rapport with the buying public.
