Description
Picture, Needlework. This is a collection of three needlework pictures done of various Indians who are members of one of the tribes whose children attended the Intermountain Indian School. This needlepoint is of a black-haired woman of the Paiute Nevada Tribe wearing a cream-colored dress with fringe at the hem and at the end of the sleeves. A gray blanket is draped over her right arm. She has on brown boots, a beaded headband, and ties around her braids. The work was done by Eva Corrillo in 1979.
