Brigham City's first City Council, and some other city officials. Left to right: Abraham Hunsaker, Alvin Nichols, Hans P. Jensen, William Box, Mayor Chester Loveland, Ephraim Wight, William L. Watkins, John D. Rees, Jonathon C. Packer, and John D. Burt.(Loveland was Mayor, and Nichols, Jensen, Box, Wight, and Rees were the council members. The others held various positions with the City.)
