Description
Cleora C. Hellbing is the person who is described in this article. She is one of the principal people who worked on preparing the Intermountain Indian School.  It goes into her qualifications and what she has done at the school.  Previously she had worked as the state supervisor of Home Economics before coming here.  Once she completed her work here, she went on to Sitka Alaska to help set up their boarding school. 
Clearly meant as an article, because it points out money Bernice Gibbs Anderson saved the government money, and thus you the tax payer paid less.
