Description
A white pillowcase with lace that has a blue silk border. The center of the pillow is a square that has a golden border around a white square. The white square has embroidered shields of two types: One is modeled after the French flag, the other is a shield modeled after the seal of the United States. In the corner of one it reads ''Souvenir de France' in red thread.It was brought back from the war by Ernest Freeman who served during World War 1.
