Description
A certificate from the governor of the united states noting that Ruby Kotter has donated to the Silver Service for the Battleship Utah.  It is common for places that a battleship is named after to fundraise to get the dishes for a silver service dinning set. For the Battleship Utah, students were asked to donate to it, collecting a total of $2,7000 of the $10,000 needed.  Ruby Kotter was one of the school children who donated and was given this certificate to signify that.*

This Certifies that Ruby Kotter has contributed toward the purchase of the Silver Service for the Battleship Utah.
