Brown booklet contains advertisements and information regarding the Box Elder County Fair. The front reads, "Premium List of the Box Elder County Fair, SEPTEMBER 23-24-25 Tremonton, Utah." A handwritten note reads, "given by William S. Ellis, Deweyville, Ut." The back reads, "A GROWING INSTITUTION IN A GROWING COMMUNITY. TREMONTON BANKING CO. Tremonton, Utah. WE WANT TO KNOW YOU AND WE WANT YOU TO KNOW US."
