After graduation, she worked at refuges in Minnesota and Michigan before coming to the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge in Box Elder County, Utah. She arrived when the new Wildlife Education Center was almost finished. Betsy helped with ceh center's interior decor and exhibits.
