Black and white photograph of the Brigham City Council. Notes identified this as 1900, but men pictured do not seem to correlate. During Joseph Moroni Jenson's tenure as Mayor, the council included:
  • A. E. Snow
  • John P. Ipsen
  • Nels  Madsen, Jr.
  • James Pett
  • John T. Rich
  • Henry L. Steed
  • Andrew Kimball - Served from April 21, 1891 to September 30,1891
  • John Christensen - Replaced Andrew Kimball
Jenson is at the right edge of the back row. John T. Rich is at the left edge of the back row. James Pett is center front. Others are unclear.
