Bone tool with hole in it

Description
Not sure what this could be. Rectangular peice of bone has a hole drilled into one of the corners of the fragment. It could be that the hole was used to attatch the bone piece to something or to create a pendant of sorts. I could also be that this used to be a tool and the hole was used to put a twine through it to attatch it to a belt of sorts.
