Gray Shale Scraper

Anthropological

Identifier:

Description
Rectangular tool. Edges are beveled enough to provide a good scraping edge. Not too thick yet thick enough to appear fairly durable. On the wider sides of the rectangle, one side is beveled deeper and wider than the other. This could have been the end that was used most whereas the other end could haave been where the user's hand went. Another possibilty is that this was to be a future pendant seeing as shale was a popular material for making pendants and the like.
