Black and white photograph of a landscape with mountains in the background and a body of water in the foreground. Possibly looking across the Great Salt Lake at Antelope Island, or Promontory? Bushnell arranged small outings off the hospital's campus for amputees in vocational rehabilitation. Presumably somewhere in Northern Utah.
