The discussion covers farm and household chores, treatment of discease, family activities, attendance at elementary school in Mantua and secondary school in Brigham City, her own marriage to Melvin Bott who worked at Bushnell Hospital and Intermountain Indian School. Discussion also mentions her great grandfather Rasmus Neilsen Jeppsen, a polygamous pioneer settler from Denmark.
