Description
Alvern Davis served in the Army during WWII. He was in the Headquarters Division assigned to work in the Medics unit with military doctors. He gave shots and worked with servicemen wounded on Admiralty Island by the Japanese. Eventually U.S. troops secured the island, and he was sent to Leyte where he had a similar assignment. He was there when the war ended.
