Description
Black and white photograph of the Capitol Theater in Brigham City, Utah. Other businesses in photo include: J.C. Penny Company (with socks and bloomers in the window), Lou's Shop, Capitol Theater, and Boyle's Furniture Co. In front of the theater of props used in the production of "Powdersmoke Range." Props include a stage coarch and saddles with names of actors attached to the saddles they used. Children are playing in the stagecoach. Names on saddles include: Bishop Eph. (Ephraim) White, Buzz Barton, William Farnum, Buddy Roosevelt, Tom Tyler, Boots Mallory, Gwin Williams, and Art Mix. There are signs on side walk advertising double features. Also a large poster advertisment of "The Last Days of Pompeii" by the Koford Poster Advertising Company. The Brigham City Arch is also in the photo. On the National Register of Historic Places.
