Black and white photo of Brigham City officials. Five men sit around a table and three others stand behind them. They are dressed in suits and ties. All of them wear mustaches and several have beards as well.David Rees (Marshal), Ole Peterson (Clerk), William Wight, Peter Johnson, Henry Kotter, John H. Forsgren, Jonah Mathias, John D. Peters (Mayor). Others are City Council members.
Peters was mayor from January 1894 to July 2, 1895, when he resigned.
