Description
Connie Edwards has been employed at the Brigham City Library for almost 20 years. She worked as a clerk for two years, and since then has filled a job-share position as one of two Children's Librarians. Connie is responsible for the teen-aged patrons and works closely with Michele Schumann who has the younger children. Connie buys and catalogs books, videos and DVDs and also oversees programming for youth in 3rd through 12th grades. Her crafts programs, such as learning to knit, have been successful, and she has implemented a successful book-discussion group in addition to the summer reading program. She appreciates Director Sue Hill's bringing the computer age to the Library, which has made her work easier and more efficient.
