Description
Loretta Trevino was an Army brat whose father and brothers were in the military, so she knew what to expect. When her husband Joel joined the Navy, they had two small children. Three others were born during his service years. Discussion includes: difficulty of rearing and disciplining children alone and then sharing these tasks with the returning husband; frequent and sometimes long separations; and helping him readjust to civilian life.
