Draft of the Golden Spike ceremony for the 86th Anniversary Celebration

Description
A program for the 1955 anniversary of the Golden Spike celebration. It includes details about the program, where it will be held, and what will be happening.  The actual event starts at 11:30 with music performed by Box Elder High School Band.  Dr. Leland H. Creer from the History Department at USU gave a speech and the Washakie tribe performed a dance.

Showing that this was likely a draft, is a note typed on the back under 'Highlights of Railroad HIstory.'  It reads 'Promontory Point is 30 miles south of here.' Which, I believe, is trying to clarify that they were at the Promontory Station for the program.
