Draft of Golden Spike program for the 85th anniversary

Description
A draft program of the 1954 Golden Spike Ceremony.  There are significant changes that can be seen when comparing it to the actual program, where the person (Likely Bernice Gibbs Anderson) has crossed things out and made changes.

One thing to especially note is that the draft does not have the "Highlights of Railroad History."  And it appears that section came from the 1954 draft where there is a part written in pen.

Without the aid of Brigham Young and his grading crews, the central pacific would have reached Ogden before the Union Pacific.  He took a contract to grade from the head of Weber Canyon to Promontory for $5(2?)00,000,000 and took used equipment for his Utah Central RR as part payment.
