Description
A black notebook that contains detailed pages, written by hand, about the meetings of the Central School PTA (Parent Teacher Association). At the start of each report is the date and description of what happened at the event. A secretary signature is found at the end. The meetings would cover important things going on at the school and what parents thought should be done about it.Glued into the front cover is a list of the bylaws that the PTA went by. This includes a description of what the organization was for, how officers were elected, and when meetings would be held. At the end it explains that Robert's Rules of Order Revised are the rules by which the organization governs.
